Question : HP Driver Dowload problems

When I try to download the driver for the HP LaserJet 3050, I get the following error:

550 /pub/softlib/software9/COL13648/ma-38249-3/lj3050x-309x-PCL6-pnp-win-en.exe: Not a directory.

HP Chat gave me a ftp link (ftp://<Login>:<Password>@ftp.usa.hp.com/ )
but when I click on that I get a ftp root, and when I click on the zip file for this software, I get this error:

550 /hp_LJ3050-3052-3055-3390-3392_Full_Solution v3.zip: No such file or directory

Help!
