Question : Sharepoint sending email with attachments on a schedule?

Here is my scenario:

I have csv files that get created and emailed on a schedule to specified contacts via a lotus notes application.

I would like to replicate this in SharePoint.

So for example, at 7am - file xyz.csv gets emailed to [email protected]

The time, file path, and client email are variables.

Is there a way for me to generate an email with the specified attachment at that time? I won't even go crazy with the time portion of this equation if that's too much, I just want to know if I can send an email with the file attachment if the file is there with SharePoint
