Question : Is there a backup/disaster recovery solution that doesn't cost a fortune?

I want to backup 12 servers, preferably local and offsite. I looked into barracuda but it is going to cost around $16,000. I would like to stay around the $6,000-$8,000 price range. I want it to be a total backup. OS, files, Exchange, SQL. Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention that I think the main problem was that the first site I logged in to (OWA2010) was defined as Local Intranet in IE, while the second site (OWA2003) was not defined as local Intranet in IE.
After removing the first site from the Local Intranet list in IE, SSO worked fine.
