Question : Where does this code start?

I asked this yesterday and I thought I solved the problem but I am still having problems. I have a vb.net application that i need to update.  It is actually a add on to microsoft outlook.  Beyond that I know that it uses web services to do most of the heavy lifting.

for the life of me I can't figure out where the program begins in the code.  Could anybody help me out?

From ABC News, attached is Obama's job approval numbers compared to Reagan, which seems to clearly demonstrate that it's too early to even speculate on Obama's re-election.

BTW, I'm an independent voter.  I've never belonged to a political party, but I vote regularly.  I lean left, but I have voted for Republicans in various elections.  So to answer your follow-up question; I voted for Obama last time, and barring any major policy shifts, scandals, demonstration of incompetence or a truly stellar Republican or third-party candidate, I will likely vote for Obama again.
