Question : Changing Allow/Block settings on Autodiscover prompt in Outlook

We've made some changes recently in our IIS that caused users to receive a prompt to "ALLOW or BLOCK" Autodiscover from making changes to the client. However, several users chose BLOCK instead of Allow and checked the box to never be asked again.

My question is "How do I change that or cause the prompt to show again?" I can't find the settings anywhere in Outlook or Internet Explorer. We do no use Windows Firewall, so I know it isn't in there.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Answer : Changing Allow/Block settings on Autodiscover prompt in Outlook

Problem solved:

I added mail.domain.com, autodiscover.domain.com, and the address of our Access server to our proxy exemption list (Internet Explorer settings). Once we did that, all Autodiscover issues are resolved, including free/busy data and Out of Office assistant.

Everyone in the organization is reporting success now that we've pushed it out via GPO.

Thanks for the input on this, I appreciate it.
