Question : Help needed with iphone Configuration Utility, SSL certificates ,& SBS 2003
I'm trying to configure our MD's iPhone to sync with SBS2003 exchange server but I'm having a problem installing the certificate on the device and my knowledge of SSL certificates is limited at best.
This is the set up:
SBS 2003 SP2 with exchange 2000 & ISA server 2000.
3rd party installed in exchange V dir and ISA server.
The certificate seems to be installed ok and works with OWA fine.
I am now trying to set up the iPhone using the iPhone configuration utility but I think I need to add in the certificate in the "authentication Credential Name" section. Trouble is that when I try to add it asks you to select a certificate from the Personal certificate folder which is empty.
The server SSL certificate has been installed in the "other people" folder. I've tried importing and picking the Personal folder but is does not seem to work..
I guess I'm not understanding something fundamental about the way the certificates work but I don't really understand what I need to do to install the certificate on the iPhone.

I think .Net regarding MS is the future, but the vba functions will still be available (not updated)
