Question : Delete temporary internet files?

Hi Experts,

I have an office (about 3 computers), every time if I deleted temporary internet files and use IE 6 to go to a website to load a link  (it's a html site with flash movie (.swf) embedded) then the browser takes at least 5-10 minutes to load the link. But if I don't delete the temporary internet files then it will load in 15 -20 seconds. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Look at section 4.9. I had not disabled or tried joining the network with a hard wired connection. I originally joined it with a wireless connection and apparently it did not cache the credentials correctly.
