Question : port 443 closed

Hi  

While trying to enter a VPN on the VPN wizard in the PDM I have managed to stop outlook anywhere and webmail from being accessed.
I have taken out the changes I made in the PDM but still port 443 seems closed, I have checked the port from a port open check website and it is defiantly closed.
I am not confident with a Pix 501 config but need to get this up and running again, is there something I can do to reopen
