Question : Apple iWeb - how to save HTML to Disk or to publish the web site via FTP?

Hello,

I'd like to save the HTML to my local disk to upload it to my web space via FTP or to upload it directly from iWeb to my web space. But I don't want ti use mobile me. How do I do that?

On this page http://www.apple.com/ilife/iweb/#manage is a video that is supposed to tell you how to do it.  Unfortunately, I'm on Windows 2000 and Quicktime doesn't like me anymore.
