Question : Vista security center not responding - High CPU Usage
I have a client with a Vista PC.
PC has Windows Security Center warning that comes up when first booted.
Firewall is off.
Automatic Updating is on.
Malware says check settings.
Other security settings says check settings.
The round circle just spins. The window cannot be closed and the buttons do not work.
PC has Mcafee Total Protection and Windows Defender.
Scans with both reveal nothing. Also scanned with malwarebytes.
Attached is a hijack this log.
The CPU Usage is 85-100% and the physical memory is 904 MB 2GB.
Best Regards.
