Question : run excel and run the enable auto refresh

I have a excel 2007 file and every time I open it i need to press button "enable auto refresh"

I need to have this program run @ 8 am pst time (i am GMT) and refresh all content

Thanks, but the refresh was the problem..

I found a reg hack which works (ie: the answer) @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/248204

and set a vbs file to open excel @ 12:00 gmt so all is ok

autoIT is not ideal. - unknown software to our company

The macro is already in excel so cannot get it to open its self

windows scheduler? errrrr well yes
