i want best editor  for oracle. for example, the eclipse is a good editor for developing application in java.  dream weaver is a   helpful and  coding convenience  software for html programme. like that i want to editor software  for oracle sql and plsql to write programe. when i write a programe that editor will help all  list  of inbuild  functions and variables and seperate output window like eclipse editor for java.

I rebooted and re-connected to the host. This resolved the issue.

So the answer appears to be: use the "Group Policy Editor" to Navigate to: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Remote Desktop Services -> Remote Desktop Session Host -> Device and Resource Redirect

There is a setting found here for "All audio and video playback redirect". Choosing "Enabled", applying, then reboot and reconnect.
