Question : Modify desktop icon size via registry in Server 2008
Hello,
I need to standardize the desktop icon size on all of our 2008 servers. I have attempted to do this by modifying HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetric
s\Shell Icon Size, and HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Wi
ndows\Shel
l\Bags\1\D
esktop\Ico
nSize, but both do not seem to work.
The only thing that seems to stick is the manual right click on the desktop and setting the size to small.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
