Question : Blackberry

From a customer of mine:
I just get a standard message when I sync the blackberry to laptop : Confirm edits: accept or reject changes- I have 102 additons and it wants to delete 211 items/appointments - it does not allow me to accept additons or accept deletions on an individual basis (I think!:)...getting concerned that I am not synched

If you click the details button you should be able to accept/decline the items individually.
