Question : How do I index fields in an Access database?
I have been told:
Has splitting the database made those queries slower as opposed to having the entire database on the server like it was before. The first thing that jumps to mind on fixing this is to make sure that important, commonly searched fields are indexed. You don’t want to index all of your fields – just the ones that are most likely to be used in searches.
