It is my understanding that in order for a route to become a feasible successor the feasibility condition must be met.
Also for equal cost or unequal cost load balancing all routes used must be feasible successors and therefore meet the feasibility condition?
Does AD=FD meet the feasibility condition because there seems to be some different opinions about this when I do Internet searches for examples on feasible succesors and the variance command.
