Question : Mcaffe EPO  4.5 : deploying new EPO with existing agents

I have a new EPO deployment over a range of XP and 7 workstations some with the Agent all ready there , am I going to have any issues ? do I need to remove the old agent install befrore i attempt to install another client and agent ?
