Question : Mysql query browser and Character set
Hi:
I have a database (configured with the utf8 charset) and it contains a table using the same charset.
I fill such DB using a website; the information stored using the website could or couldn't use "special characters" as you can see on the follow image, (in this example, i'm using special characters like ñ á ó é etc).

When i browse the table using Mysql Query Browser, such characters don't appear as they should, as you can observe in the next image:

However, when i query the information stored on my table from my website, it appears correctly (as it should), but if i edit such information thru Query Browser using special characters, when i query it, the information appears broken... why is that?, is there a way to correct it?, is it a Query Browser problem?
Thanks

Did you add the root by using command smbuser and setting password for root with command smbpasswd?
A Linux user should have the separate smbpasswd to access the smbshare from the different system like Windows
