Question : JQuery Problem

I have used JQuery in my application build using Oracle Apex. I know little about JQuery but have somehow managed to make a menu and a drag-and-drop style dashboard.

The menu was working with no problems before I added the dashboard. After that menu has got a little disturbed although it opens pages with no issues. The problem my menu has now is when I click on the menu or anywhere on the page the menu first opens at a wrong place at the top of the menu and disappears. Whereas it should open only when a user clicks on the menu and should not open at the top of the page but below the menu.

I tried a lot solving this myself but could not succeed. If I remove the file interfaces.js the menu starts working fine but dashboard is lost.

I would be really thankful if some of you can help me solve this issue.

Audhi203 has given you the link to the IIS 7 Management TOOL - not to IIS.

You CANNOT install IIS7 on 2003.  IIS is an OS specific feature:
IIS 4 runs ONLY on NT 4
IIS 5 runs ONLY on 2000
IIS 6 runs ONLY on 2003
IIS 7 runs ONLY on 2008
IIS 7.5 runs ONLY on 2008 R2
