Question : Complete uninstall of Sharepoint Services 3.0 from Windows 2008 Server

I need a solution to completely remove WSS V3 from Windows 2008 Server. I don't plan to re-install. I know from the past if I do it from Add/Remove I'll have the Windows Internal Database mess. Do I remove Windows Internal Database first and what are the steps for a clean removal of WSS 3.0?
