Question : Computer reboots severat times a day

My computer reboots several times a day.
It is running Windows 7 Professional (32 Bit) current release.
The processor is a Intel 4. Asus motherboard.
The error given is the attached image.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Answer : Computer reboots severat times a day

i8042prt is relatively simple and created by MS... this driver should never show such BSOD!
Are you using PS/2 keyboard? Could you (just for test) change it to USB one?
