If you are on BES with your company, then I would do as jonny has said, and send the notes to them by email.
If you are not on BES, or there is loads of them, then I would recommend using the Blackberry Desktop Manager to selectively backup the notes from one device and restore to the other.
Simply open the BDM and go to the backup and restore section, then click on advanced, and select only the 'Notes' database to backup, after the backup use the file to restore it to your handset.
