Question : Backup of first storage group fails

I have a 2003 SBS that is failing a full server backup using Backup Exec 11d with the message in the log:

e0008488 - Access is denied.
Backup- \\DC1\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.

Can anyone help with this message and how I should resolve?
