Question : MS Access:  Pivot Chart View of Query

Hi,

I have created some really great pivot charts using pivot chart view in Access.

But how to I get these out onto an access report and is it straightforwrd to automate these onto a Word document?

Answer : MS Access:  Pivot Chart View of Query

You can insert the Pivot Chart into a report as a Subreport.
(Just drag and drop the object from the database window into the detail section of the Report)

Then make sure in the properties of this new subreport, you set the "Default View" to "Pivot Chart"

No.
Exporting the Pivot Chart directly will result in a rather odd looking "table" in Word
Exporting the Access Report will not process the Pivot Chart Subreport, so irt will not appear in Word at all.
