Question : Crystal Report Graphs showing Year with 2 Decimal Places

I've got a report that displays data in a graph by year, which is represented by a numeric field. They are formatted correctly on the designer, but when run on the Crystal Server show two decimal places.
How can I make sure the server only shows the full year, without decimals?
** have tried regional settings being set to 0, still no love.
