Question : Way to force data in Excel into the format I want?
I want to force user's to input dates in format 06172010 with no dashes, no slashes, and always an 8 digit date. Is there any way in Excel to force this? I have tried data validation and custom formats and I can't get either of them to do what I want. Please help.
