Question : double proxy in IE

HI,

I have a application and to access that I need to give abcd.com:8080 proxy in internet explorer. and to access internet I need to remove this proxy and need to give isa:8080 proxy server.  It irritates users. How I can use both proxy at same time, so if I am using the application, it should use the abcd.com proxy and for all others it should use isa proxy
