Question : USBs-Windows can't stop your 'Generic volume' device because a progam is still using it. Close any programs blabla..Fix?
Ok, this may be a general problem that when I want to remove the USB safely, Windows says it's still being used by some program which in fact no program is using it, when I check in Process Explorer and Task Manager's Processes. So, mostly I remove the USB unsafe with reluctance. I also check for viruses etc., nothing shows up. So, my question is:
Is there a 3rd party tool free or paid that shows the processes just for the active USBs plugged and does that tool have the functionality to terminate the selected program(s) used by that USB? (If there is a such tool exists), I mean it's lovely, if such program sticks to right click context menu or some similar functionality.
Best regards
