Question : Want to add wireless to wired network

Yes i know add a wireless router, however I want the computers connecting to the wireless to be on the same subnet, so basically a bridge, but all bridges i review state that its to give wired systems access to a wireless network with internet access.

So if I have a subnet 1.1.1.x, I want the wireless clients to be on that same subnet.

What dlink or linksys products allow this

Answer : Want to add wireless to wired network

Yes, the DAP-1522 will work. You just need an access point.

This will take an Ip from your current subnet and use your current DHCP server to assign IPs to any device that authenticates on the wireless network. Once you have it installed you'll marvel how difficult you once thought it was.
