Question : Gmail Like File Upload

Hi
I was trying to create a gmail like file upload using the tutorial as shown in the link below

But the main problem is
It works fine on one PC and doesn't work on others.
Is the attribute For is supported by IE 6.0 as well. If not can you give me the tutorial that can help me to do that.
