Question : CCSP certification

I'm presently going for my CCSP certification and noticed the following on the cisco page for CCSP cert:

CCNA Security OR CCNA + SND* OR any CCIE Certification can act as a pre-requisite.
*Last day for using this pre-requisite is November 17, 2011.

What the heck does this mean?

Answer : CCSP certification
