When I use Windows Fax and Scan to send faxes and the number is busy, how can I get iit to retry the number every 30 seconds?

The solution is:
Open Windows Fax and Scan, click Tools, Fax Settings, Advanced then under Redialing, select the interval as well as the number of retries.
