I can't get the sound to work on my notebook. It is a Toshiba Satellite P30 (Model Number PSP30C-JC100E System Serial Number: X4329569K)
I can't find this model listed on the Toshiba site. I downloaded the audio driver for a model that seemed the closest, and it installed OK, but it didn't help.
It's Windows XP.
Attached please find a Word document showing that:
- In the Device Manager, The Realtek AC97 Audio is installed
- Toshiba.com doesn't seem to show this model.
What are my options?
