Question : IBM Think Pad HD error
Had a member, at my work, open up an e-mail that she wasn't sure whom it was from. None the less, she was infected with a virus. I tried to remote in, and remove the virus, but when she rebooted her machine she got the blue screen.
In the attch are the errors I am receiving. I wanted to boot into safe mode, but the same error is in result. I also attch a diagnostic test for the HD that I ran through the bios utility. My guess is her HD is shoot, but I wanted an Expert opinion first.
Thanks,
Bruce

Answer : IBM Think Pad HD error
You will have to boot the computer with an XP install CD. Any one will do. Just select "R" at the 1st menu for the repair console.
