Question : NTDS Settings

I have three sites setup up in AD sites and Services
In one site I have the entry for the other servers as <automatically generated> under the name
In the other two only have one server listed as <automatically generated>
I added manually the missing server, but am worried that the replication will not work properly.
How can I get the missing servers to auto generate.
