Question : Quick Launch Tool Bar

Is there a way via a GPO or even a reg entry to get the quick launch tool bar to automatically appear?  I have my machines locked down so I'd like to just put it in a group policy because my users have no rights to change anything on the machines.  I"m running XP Pro and server 2003 Standard

By default there is no GPO that will allow you to enable QL. You can however create a script that will enable this for you. Take a look at this social tech net forum.
