Question : GroupWise 6.0.1 - Some addresses are undeliverable and have been crossed out
I'm running GroupWise 6.0.1
We have the problem that some Users are not able to send E-Mails to
[email protected]
As soon as you enter the adress in the field "To" (target address) or click
"send" I got this Error:
"Some addresses are undeliverable and have been crossed out.
Would you like to go to the address book to resolve them?"
We have already tried different
[email protected]
always the same error.
We have already controlled the following points:
- There is no GroupWise-Client-Rule, which could cause this.
- The Post Office / Database was checked by using gwcheck GroupWise Mailbox ->
Library Maintance -> Analyse/Fix Database) No errors or peculiarities
- We deleted each
[email protected]
from the ?!?
Primary Adress-Book/Directory
.
There were several
[email protected]
, which were all saved under the same
User-ID "Info".
- We have created a new entry in the ?!?
Primary Adress-Book/Directory
with the relevant address...
- I have not found any GroupWise or NDS-right that could cause this.
Otherwise you can easily send and receive mails, no errors - but some users can not
Send mails to info@...
yes, I am perplexed...
