Question : Why don't Lotus Notes document links work when sent to MS Outlook emails.

We have Win7 and Outlook and when emails are sent to those emails the links do not work.  

When sent to Lotus Notes clients they work correctly!

The links are replaced with the text (document link)

What needs to be done to make the links work in Outlook.
