Question : Computer restarted itself twice, event logs attached.  Windows 7 Pro

Hi All,

We have a brand new desktop that has restarted itself twice in the past two weeks (since it was first plugged in two weeks ago).  The event logs show an unexpected shutdown and the critical kernal error, but no information on memory dumps, conflcits, etc.  We have set Windows 7 to not auto-restart if it happens again, but can anyone shed any light on the logs?  Presumably there would be more information in the bug report if it was Windows related, correct?  Both events are below

Thanks

Answer : Computer restarted itself twice, event logs attached.  Windows 7 Pro

You may want to do a hardware diagnostic on the machine and Malware scan. Have either been done already?
