What method do you use to have the serverside messages deleted after having successfully copied by Outlook to the local OST?

Answer : Outlook 2003 - remove mail on server after copied to OST

If you want to store the email locally, have it moved to a PST by rule. This will take it off the server and leave the email local. You would lose serverside backups and recovery though.
