Question : How do I change the letter of a mapped drive?

I am on a domain.  I am running Windows 7 64 bit.  I have a script that runs to set up mapped drives for my profile.  One just my laptop, running wirelessly, when I installed my HP all-in-one printer (Officejet J6480) with a media reader, the HP program created a drive with the same letter as one of the drives in my script.  I don't want to changr the script but I do want to change the letter of the HP drive or remove it.  I don't need it..  I have tryed disconnecting it.  I have looked at the HP software.  When I reboot it is reconnected the HP drive before my script drives.  Any ideas?
Also, I was connected to the domain when I installed the printer.

We use the installshield automation interface wrapped in a C# project...we call it out as part of a script to build.  It is very possible to do this.  Also, here is an example from Installshield on some ways of doing it.
