Question : jQuery Chained Select Boxes - Three Tiered ( third tier selected )

Hi,
Putting together a form that requires a three tiered select box.  Let's say:  city, companies, addresses.
All of the examples I find of such a feature do not include the possibility of the user returning to the form to edit their previously entered data.  In other words not an add but an edit.
So, the third select box has a declared value.  This would mean select box one and two would need to 'bubble up' ( I think that's the term ).
