Question : How can I "cad-cam" an entire car body into fiberglass ?

Relavent facts:
at 60 mph 80% of the fuel used in a car is used to push it through the air.  Only 20% of the fuel is used to overcome rolling resistance of the tires etc.

Objective:
For a reasonable amount of money I would like to be able to modify a wire frame C.A.D.  model of an exhisting car to make it cut through the air better.

I would then like someone to cut out the life sized model of the car so I could use it as a fiberglass mold to go over a light Sand Rail body.   http://www.eastcoastsandrails.com/

I have seen sign cutters and I figure that it could cut it layer by layer.  With the cost of fuel out there should be a good market out there for the bodies and it would be cool to have your own custom car.  If I could get the mold roughtly cut out, I could do the details with a sander & putty.

It would be good not to reinvent this process.  Has this allready be done for the "home consumer " ?

Maybe he's expanded the volume rather than the LUN and that's why disk manager doesn't see the extra space after rescanning, manual expansion works for everyone else even if you can do it with snapdrive instead.

Would like to see a screenshot from disk manager.
