Ok lets start this off i currently have an exchange 03 server in my domain and i am installing exchange 07 on another server and to start my question off after figure out how to move everything off the exchange 03 to the 07 and have it as my working exchange server, is there a way to keep the 03 and have everything syncronize between the 2 exchange servers? I want to have where if exchange 07 has a hardware failure or shutsdown for any reason, i would have exchange 03 synced and ready to start working while the exchange 07 gets worked on. I do not want to have very very little downtime in email because that is a huge issue in this company to have their emailand timely.
