Question : How to separate multiple email accounts into different data files in Outlook 2010

Hello. My Outlook data file has swollen into a size exceeding 2 GB and so I would like to extract my past email messages from different email accounts into different outlook data files.

I have muliple email accounts as well, and I do not see a native Outlook capability that would do that. What I do is archive chronogically as what I need tends to be recent, but from any account. Archiving is easily set up (Tools -> Options -> Other) and the resultng archive is easily accesible (within the same Outlook profile) ad is easily searchable. ... Thinkpads_User
