Question : RDP Background Windows

Hi,
I'm connecting to a Windows Server 2008 64bit server using terminal services (RDP application), I am also launching a program automatically which pops up in full screen. The issue I am encountering is when I go to print to PDF or XPS, the "Save As" dialogue box is hidden behind the application and I cannot access (short of pressing ALT + TAB). Is there a way to configure RDP so that these error messages come to the top and not behind the application?
