Question : Combofix Log - Analysis Assistance Request

Hi:
I have uploaded a combofix log.  can I get some recommendations and comments about any possible infestations?

Also, combofix had to reboot due to rootkit activity.  Did Combofix clean this up or do I need another software package to handle this.

Any other malware/virus package recommendations are appreciated.

Some nasties can hide from the Hijackthis scan.

You can fix these entries.

ComboFix had also taken care of the patched driver and also deleted some files, how is the system going?
