Question : HP StorageWorks Modular Smart Array 1000 Question

There is a message on the Array that shows "22 initialzing SCSI Devices" which have been showing since I got in this morning. How long does this process takes?

Also, I was using Symantec to run an inventory and it showed failed because HP1 was offline, I wonder if these two problems are related? See attachments.
