Question : iPhone Exchange Emails

Hi

I have an iPhone 3GS and it is setup to get emails off our Exchange server. This works fine until I turn my PC off and then I dont get anymore till I turn my PC back on. The server is continoulsly on. Can anyone help please?

My PC is running XP Pro SP3 with Outlook 2003 SP3
The server is running SBS 2003 with Exchange and the latest SP.

Hi Scott

What antivirus software are you using?  These symptoms are sometimes caused by proactive scanning of the database being disabled.

Refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827615 for general information.  You would need to consult product documentation for specific instructions, depending on your AV product.
