Question : Block, ban, remove ulrasurf

Hi,

We are trying in vain to remove students from being able to use the proxy unblocking program ultrasurf. We have tried various methods but they can get around most things by using their memory sticks. We have stopped many things from working from memory sticks including .exe files but they somehow manage to get this running. we have even created hash files!

Is there any sure-fire way of once-and-for-all stopping this program from running?

The RV042 needs to send a Proxy ID, it is required by the Juniper. Most likely this is done by setting up the according Firewall Rule; the addresses used there will probably used for building the Proxy ID.
